For families, a trip to the Mekong Delta is a chance to experience a unique and authentic way of life. From exploring the bustling markets to visiting the coconut-processing factories, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Your morinng’s filled with the sound of birds chirping and the fresh smell of coconuts in the air. You and your family head down to the riverfront for breakfast, where you can watch the boats loaded with coconuts heading to market. After breakfast, you take a boat trip to visit a local coconut-processing factory. Here, you can see how the coconuts are processed by hand, using traditional methods that have been passed down for generations.

After visiting the factory, you and your family can try your hand at harvesting coconut leaves and weaving them into poon sticks. These sticks are used to illuminate homes and temples throughout the Mekong Delta. It’s a great way to learn about the local culture and traditions, and to create something that you can take home with you as a souvenir.

In the late afternoon, you’ll transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City for the last night in the south of Vietnam. But before you leave, be sure to savor the memories of your time in the Mekong Delta. It’s a place where families can bond and create lasting memories together.

Excitement thrums through the air as you board the overnight train, that promises both slumber and scenic wonders. As you settle into your cozy berth, let’s start the journey. The landscape transforms: Lush rice fields stretch as far as the eye can see, dotted with quaint villages and bustling markets. The train hugs the coastline, offering breathtaking panoramas of turquoise bays, jagged cliffs, and pristine beaches lapped by gentle waves.

The overnight train journey has not just been a means of transportation; it has been an immersive experience, a tapestry woven with breathtaking landscapes, local encounters, and the magic of travel.

The train arrives in Hanoi in early morning, you’re greeted by the smiling faces of our friendly local guide and driver. After exchanging warm greetings, they’ll whisk you away in a comfortable van, eager to share the vibrant energy of Hanoi. Soon, you’ll be checking into your charming downtown hotel. Spend the rest of the morning to relax.

At 13:00, let’s start the afternoon city tour. You are passing by Ba Dinh Square, where Uncle Ho read the Declaration of Independence, declaring the birth of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Your first stop is the fascinating Museum of Ethnology. With its unique presentation and layout, the museum offers a fascinating glimpse into the cultural traditions of Vietnam’s diverse ethnic groups.

Continue your journey to the Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam. Admire its beautiful architecture and learn about the Vietnamese education system.

Next, visiting Hanoi Railway Street where vibrant cafes spill onto tracks and the trains thundering inches away create undeniable magic.

Start your day with a Tai Chi session on the deck of the cruise, as the sun rises over the horizon. Enjoy a delicious breakfast while cruising back to Gia Luan jetty.

Next, it’s time for an adventure at Cat Ba World Biosphere. Take a 30-minute transfer to Trung Trang Cave, one of the most impressive caves in Cat Ba Island. The limestone cave is home to thousands of stalactites in various shapes, a geological wonder with a unique ecosystem.

Return to the main boat from the cave and check out of your cabin. Leave your luggage outside the cabin and enjoy a delicious lunch at the restaurant. Settle your bar bill at the desk before disembarking the cruise.

In the late afternoon, your family will take a short flight from Hanoi to Chiang Mai. Upon arrival in Hue, you will be welcomed by our local guide and driver. Transfer to your hotel downtown and spend the remainder of the day relaxing.

Spend a fun morning biking around Chiang Mai to see the city in a unique way. After making your way to the Trailhead shop in the old town for a delicious cup of complimentary coffee and to prepare your bike and cycling gear, our guide will brief you on the tour and what to expect.

Once the tour starts, you’ll head off around the old town and beyond with a professional and knowledgeable guide. Riding at a comfortable pace, this tour is perfect for groups with multiple fitness levels. Stop off at multiple attractions including Warorot market, beautiful off-the-beaten-track temples, and a blacksmith community. You’ll be given plenty of time for photos and to chat to the friendly locals. Once at the market, you’ll get a chance to wander the myriad of alleys and small shops, and to purchase any souvenirs if desired.  

Along the way, you can try some delicious snacks and beverages for refreshment. A light lunch is also provided towards the end of the tour. We finish the tour back at the shop and conclude the trip.

Learn the art of tea picking and processing and savor a refreshing reward – a cup of freshly brewed tea paired with a local treat. Next, indulge in a delicious home-style Thai lunch, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. 

Kanta Elephant Sanctuary welcomes you with open arms. Stroll through the sanctuary, learning about the elephants’ history and the vital role this sanctuary plays in their well-being. Dress in traditional attire and prepare a special fruit feast for these majestic creatures. Your heart will melt as you feed, interact, and play with them, forging a connection unlike any other. 

In the mid-afternoon, you’ll join the elephants at a serene water pond, watching them playfully cool off in their natural habitat. Enjoy some snacks while bidding farewell to our gentle companions.

On arrival in Phuket, make your way to the Arrival Hall where your private driver will be waiting to transfer you to your beach resort. Let’s relax & chill!!

Begin your day with a morning pick-up from your Phuket hotel and a transfer to the pier, where you can enjoy tea, coffee and snacks as you await the rest of your group. 

From there, set sail aboard a speedboat and gaze out across the Andaman Sea as you cruise out around Phang Nga Bay. Stop to snap photos of the dramatic sea cliffs as you cruise past Koh Panak Island, then continue to Hong Island for a thrilling sea canoeing tour. Accompanied by your guide, paddle your way around the island’s unusual rock formations, limestone caves and hidden lagoons. Back on the speedboat, it’s time for the day’s star attraction – a cruise around Khao Ping Gan (Leaning Rock), better known as ‘James Bond Island’. 

Get your camera ready as you spot the famous Ko Tapu, the 66-foot (20-meter) limestone rock that featured as Scaramanga’s hideaway in ‘The Man with the Golden Gun’. 

Pause for a delicious buffet lunch in the fishing village of Ko Panyi, then take a tour of the traditional island, with its stilted houses and colorful fishing boats. 

Stop to take a peek inside the Ice Cream and Diamond caves, en-route to the final stop of the day, Naka Noi Island. Enjoy free time to swim and sunbathe on the beach or try fun activities such as Jet Skiing or banana boating (extra cost), before setting sail back to Phuket. 

Finally arrive back at the pier, where a driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
