Wake up early on a Sunday morning, excited to embark on a family adventure to the Bac Ha Market, the largest ethnic market in Northern Vietnam. The Bac Ha Market is a great place to visit with your family. There’s something for everyone to enjoy, from the colorful costumes and delicious food to the friendly locals and stunning scenery. Your children will love exploring the market and learning about the different ethnic cultures. As you drive through the scenic countryside, you can’t help but feel the excitement building. 

Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a sea of colorful traditional costumes and the vibrant sounds of the market. You wander through the bustling stalls, admiring the handmade crafts, fresh produce, and livestock. Your children’s eyes widen in amazement as they see everything for the first time.

You stop at a stall selling traditional Flower Hmong clothing and buy your daughter a beautiful, embroidered skirt. She twirls around in excitement, showing off her new outfit. Your son is fascinated by the livestock section, where he watches in awe as farmers trade cows, pigs, and chickens.

At lunchtime, you head to a local restaurant to sample some of the delicious regional cuisine. After lunch, you take a leisurely walk through the village of Trung Do, where you meet friendly locals and learn about their traditional way of life.

In the afternoon, you board a boat for a scenic cruise down the Chay River. As you sail along, you can admire the stunning mountain scenery and enjoy the peace and quiet.
